Commissioned research from health economists at Oxford University

Access Social Care along with Independent Age, Avenues, Camphill Village Trust, Dimensions, MacIntyre Charity, Mencap and Together Trust have commissioned this research to look at the deeply problematic government policy of reducing the redistribution of wealth. The increased reliance on local tax raising to fund care is impacting on the distribution of wealth where it is needed most.
