Chelsey is a CIPD qualified HR professional and has extensive experience in HR. She joined ASC in 2024. As well as assisting the People Director in implementing the people strategy, Chelsey will play a key role in the development of the employee lifecycle and creating and implementing policies and procedures in all areas of HR in order to ensure a positive, fair and inclusive working environment.

With personal experience as a family carer, Chelsey is very passionate about contributing her expertise to help others gain access to vital help and information. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her miniature schnauzer Oscar and attending Comic Cons.
