State of the Nation: June 2022

In our second annual State of the Nation, we explore the changing face of social care advice provision and highlight significant increases in the amount of people needing support. Advice provision has increased by a total of 74% compared to pre pandemic levels, with other areas such as social care needs assessments seeing stark increases in demand (229% more people are requesting support with needs assessments).
