Update: “landmark court case”

Although the hearing has concluded for today, we are disappointed that due to late disclosure of further evidence by the government, further representations have been requested by the Tribunal panel before they are able to make a decision.

Any further evidence must be supplied by 24th May and the panel will conclude on June 24th

We will keep you updated as this important case progresses. To find out more about the challenges facing social care provision in Britain, read our State of the Nation 2023 report here https://www.accesscharity.org.uk/stateofthenation
